• Contains caffeine: Not recommended for children and pregnant women. (3 mg of caffeine/10 g dose).
• Contains polyalcohols; excessive consumption may produce laxative effects. A daily intake of 800 mg or more of (-) epigallocatechin 3-gallate should not be consumed.
• It should not be consumed if other products containing green tea have already been consumed on the same day.
• Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. For adults only.
• Excessive consumption can cause intestinal discomfort.
• Avoid consuming with medications and other fiber-based dietary supplements. Take the product with plenty of water to ensure the substance reaches the stomach. Choking hazard warning for people with swallowing difficulties.
• Do not use simultaneously with other medications.
• Not recommended if you are taking antihypertensive medication.
• Stop use if you experience agitation or nervousness. Do not use for prolonged periods without the supervision of a specialist.
• People with thyroid dysfunction or who are taking iodine-containing medication should avoid consuming foods containing seaweed, due to the high levels of iodine they contain in their composition.
• Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose.
• Keep out of reach of young children.
• Dietary supplements should not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
